Each print is made to order; a limited edition, with love and care. For this reason we cannot accept returns, exchanges or change of mind as I do not hold stock. Please be sure to read the description and sizes carefully before ordering.

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact Britt (at) brittanyfernsart@gmail.com. If production has not started, I can let you know whether or not this is possible.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or you have received the wrong item, you can request a replacement within 30 days of receiving your order. Please contact Britt (at) brittanyfernsart@gmail.com. Please send through some photos along with your order number and we will make sure your new artwork arrives as quickly as possible.

If the product has arrived faulty for any reason please take photos of:

- The tube

- The shipping label on the box

- The damage to the artwork
